Hotels

The symposium will be held at the Hotel Mercure Budapest Buda. We have arranged a special rate of 50 Euros/night for those who register before May 1 (110 euros/night after May 1). To reserve your room, fill out the registration form and return it to the hotel.

This form is not for students who are presenting papers and wish to stay in complementary rooms (double/triple occupancy). Students who are not presenting a paper and or not coming from US or EU and wish to stay in the complementary rooms should register and send a request respecting the recommendations in the notification of acceptance/rejection.
